Drea, the latest indie gem from Bergen, is an alternative indie-pop project that focuses on honest lyrics about mental health and frustrations with life's curveballs.

Behind the project is Andrea Ådland, a versatile artist who has made a name for herself in Norway's music scene as a songwriter, vocalist, and backing vocalist.

Andrea has previously been part of the duo Finding Neo and is now also involved with the band Atari. Additionally, she has contributed as a backing vocalist for renowned artists like Hannah Storm and Hedda Mae. With an impressive music career behind her, Drea has now ventured out as a solo artist, and in her familiar singer/songwriter style, she creates melancholic indie-inspired music drawing inspiration from musical giants like Phoebe Bridgers and Joni Mitchell.

Signed to Vift records, Drea made her debut with her EP “Letters to my bitter self” spring 2024 and just released her newest single “want me dead”.
